Brainstorming Technique


His name is Alex Osborn who first introduced the brainstorming and determined the conditions for its use in 1942. Brainstorming takes place in environments where there is no trial; it helps to create creative and original ideas.


Brainstorming can be defined as asking a group of people to think openly about the state of a topic or problem and to produce as many ideas as possible without worrying about whether it is logical.


It is a problem solving method that enables participants to use their imagination and encourage their creativity.
