Aylin Kaptan, PMP

She has completed her MSc.degree from Yıldız Technical University in 2001, and her MBA degree from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2016. 

Aylin, who started her professional life in 1998; worked as project architect, project coordinator, project manager, project development manager and finally as a senior project manager since then. Having 25 years of professional and 15 years of management experience in real estate development and construction industries, she has been involved in the development, coordination and management of many residential, commercial office, hotel, shopping mall and multi-storey/mixed-use projects. Aylin worked in local and multinational management companies and took part as a manager at every stage of pre-construction, construction processes and post-construction.

Since the beginning of 2023, Aylin, started to work as the Head of Design and Project Management Department of a reputable real estate development company in Turkey; and meanwhile, also started to share her knowledge and experiences with other players in the construction industry through lecturing Project Management and FIDIC Contracts courses and seminars. 

Aylin has a PMP Certificate awarded by PMI since 2020 and a LEED AP BD+C Certificate awarded by U.S. Green Building Council since 2014. 

Through high specialization in design and construction, she effectively manages projects & programs of high return commercial investments with budgets exceeding 100MUSD and above.
